THE ASSOCIATION FOR SPIRIT AT WORK
The national Association for Spirit at Work (ASAW) is a non-profit association of people and organizations who are interested in the study and/or practice of spirituality in the workplace. SAWSF is the local Chapter for ASAW in the Bay Area. Our main focus is the Author Series (click to what's happening), keynote addresses, training and coaching. The mission of ASAW is to provide community, information, and education, for those who are integrating their work and their spirituality and for those who are called to support societal transformation through organizational development and change.
ASAW is a global organization that serves the spirituality in the workplace and the faith in the workplace communities. ASAW serves as a clearinghouse of information on conferences, workshops, related organizations, and published resources. ASAW also shares information on new ideas in the field including new research and effective organizational programs. In addition, through conferences, seminars, discussion groups, research projects, listserves, our website, and other means, we bring together people who have a passion for the field and who want to make a difference.
Transformation happens in the world when people can have deep and meaningful conversations about things that matter.
ASAW supports the formation of local chapters and partnerships with affiliated groups so that people can come together to talk about spirituality in the workplace and can be together with like-minded people.
