VISION
To contribute to the existing momentum of honoring wisdom and learning in the workplace, creating a new wisdom-based global culture in which spirituality, consciousness, equity, and sustainability are at the center of life.

To activate a diverse, cross-generational collective that creates a breakthrough in consciousness using: perennial wisdom and frontier science; extraordinary conversations; deep inner reflection, personal ownership and skillful activism.

To design and deliver an innovative, exciting and thought provoking Author Series which will be used as a model around the county and the world. Be a part of history and co-create with us!

PURPOSE
1.To provide a gathering time and place for a diverse collective of like-minded people who are committed to being an ongoing, potent, creative force for generating a leap in consciousness at work and for the global culture

2. To develop the gifts and talents of individual members, and build a cohesive collective

3. To provide ongoing support for the growth of members, both personally and professionally, as well as for the collective wisdom

4. Give a clear, strong voice to the collective's wisdom

5. Align creatively with others and with organizations to strengthen momentum, impact, and influence

6. While the Chapter offers rich connections and strong alliances, it is not a leads group. We encourage thoughtful and heart centered connections based on the wisdom of the soul and for greater service. We discourage overt selling, or heavy promoting any one single person's services.
